What is An Order (No Pay Policy)
CEG Bakery only considers paid items as orders. If you have not submitted payment within the invoice specified time period or via the telephonic intake, we will consider your order canceled and no goods will be produced.
Order Cancellation/Refund Policy
CEG Bakery will apply a minimum 25% fee on any order cancellations with at least a 48-hour notice. Any order refunds less than 48-hours are at the discretion of CEG Bakery.
We pride ourselves in making quality goods; however, everything is not for everybody. If you choose an item that you do not like that is not defective, CEG bakery is not liable if you do not like the flavor, texture or other of your chosen selection.
CEG bakery produces all goods as close to the pick up date and/or on the pick up date. Our items are all natural and do not have preservatives, we guarantee freshness for 3 days at room temperature. Items can be frozen for extension but not refrigerated unless directed. During Summer months products should not be kept in cars or in areas that are not room temperature 75 degrees and below. Refunds are not provided for items outside of this scope. Any item(s) in question of freshness must be returned within guaranteed period of 3 days from purchase before a refund is considered. Refunds are at the discretion of CEG Bakery.
Artistry and Florals
CEG bakery reserves the right to have artistic interpretation on designs and/or design elements. We do not guarantee exact replicas of any cake designs our previous creations or otherwise. The finished product will be as similar as possible. We will make every attempt to provide the design as requested, including matching colors. Alterations to your designs should be provided no less than 48 hours of due date and are not guaranteed. Once cake is completed no alternations can be made.
Fresh flower availability is subject to the season and market access. You must supply any florals if you require an exact match. We are happy to place any flowers you provide on your creation. Please be aware florals and other non-edible design elements should not be consumed and may have other contaminants. We will clean and protect all edible food elements to the best of our ability.
Goods Collection
After visual inspection of your order and/or departure from the premises CEG bakery considers this approval of any and all elements associated with your purchase; waiving any rights to a refund based on product style, design or visual appearance. CEG bakery will not accept liability for any damage sustained to a product once it has left the bakery.
Flavor selections are at the discretion of the customer. CEG bakery is not liable if you do not like the flavor chosen.
Orders that are not picked up without an attempt to reschedule are forfeited and no refunds, future date change or credit will be permitted. Abandoned items will be donated to charity or disposed of within 48 hours.
Delivery Service Usage
CEG bakery uses Uber courier to deliver all products for distances greater than 2miles within the Atlanta metro area except for custom and wedding cakes. Prices are based on Uber rates at the time of scheduling. CEG bakery staff delivers free within 1 mile of the bakery during non peak hours. All custom and wedding cakes are delivered by CEG bakery staff.
For all delivers please provide the correct name, address and contact phone numbers. CEG bakery is not responsible if the recipient is not at home during the confirmed delivery window. CEG delivery drivers will only wait a maximum of 5mins. Uber delivery drivers will follow Uber courier rules. Re-delivery fees will apply.
Once product has been delivered the responsibility of consumption and proper dissemination and/or storage lies with customer and therefore indemnifies CEG bakery from all liability.
